Shipping & Delivery

At Adamsbro, we love fast deliveries and always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Pillows & Textiles: 4–9 business days

  • Wallpaper: 5–10 business days

International Shipping (via UPS)

We ship all international orders with UPS.

Please note:

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • Deliveries are made during business hours, 08:00–18:00 (8am–6pm).

  • You can enter an alternative daytime delivery address at checkout (e.g., your workplace).

Shipping Costs – International

  • Orders over $450 USD: Free shipping

  • Orders under $450 USD: Shipping cost of $45 USD

  • Bulky products: Shipping cost of $85 USD

  • Returns: Return shipping is charged to the customer

Please note: Customs duties and import taxes may apply for orders shipped outside the EU. These charges vary depending on the total value, the type of goods, and the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.


Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused, with all original labels and tags attached

Return Process (UPS)

  1. Email info@adamsbro.se with:

    • Your order number

    • The product(s) you want to return

    • Your name, phone number, email address, and payment method

  2. We’ll send a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  3. Attach the label to the package and drop it off at your nearest UPS Access Point.

For all international returns, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method: credit card, Klarna invoice, or PayPal.

  • If you paid with Klarna and the invoice is due soon, we recommend paying it to avoid late fees. We’ll credit the invoice once your return is processed.

  • Refunds are processed within up to 14 days of receiving the return.

  • During sale periods, processing may take longer.

International Returns

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable for orders outside the EU.

  • Shipping charges are also non-refundable for orders shipped outside Sweden.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email info@adamsbro.se with your order number and a clear request to cancel.
If your order has already been shipped, our standard return policy applies.


Product Claims (Reclaims)

If you believe there’s a defect in your product, notify us by email at info@adamsbro.se within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

  • We’ll guide you through the claims process in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

  • Each case is reviewed manually, and processing may take 14–30 banking days.

  • If a claim is not approved, the item will be returned to you.


Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us:

  • The customer is responsible for all associated shipping, return, and storage costs.

  • A handling fee of $25 USD applies.

Please note: Uncollected packages are not considered valid cancellations.
