We love fast deliveries and do our best to deliver your goods to you as soon as we can.

We have the following delivery times:

Pillows and textiles 4-9 working days.

Wallpaper 5-10 days 

International orders are shipped with UPS. When shipping with UPS, please note that the goods cannot be delivered to you without your signature and that couriers usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) during business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when placing your order, for example your work address.

Temporary information due to the current virus situation:
Despite the due virus situation, we hope to be able to deliver your order as expected.

We do our utmost to deliver your order on time. Temporary delivery delays may occur due to the prevailing virus situation around Covid-19.

SHIPPING

Shipping INTERNATIONAL : order value: 250 USD Free shipping  Order value below shipping cost will be added: 40 USD . Returns will be charged.

Please note that all orders shipped outside of EU will be charged of customs duties. These charges vary a lot and depends on the total amount of the order, what kind of goods it is and from which country it is shipped

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, this has to be done within 14 days after you received your order. The product has to be in the same condition in which you received it/them and with all its/their labels and tags on.

UPS Return
- Contact :info@adamsbro.se.  Inform about order number and  product you want to return, your name, phone number, email dress and payment method. Return shipping label will be sent via e-mail.

- Please note that for all international orders a return deposit will be added at your cost. Simply attach the return shipping label on to the package and leave it to your UPS collection point. 

- Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, Klarna invoice or Paypal account after we have received the returned item. If you have chosen Klarna invoice as payment method and the invoice will expire soon after you return the item, we recommend that you pay this anyway to avoid any fees. We then credit the invoice when we received and processed your return.

- Once we have received and processed your return we will contact you by email. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return. During sale periods, please note that it may take longer for us to process your return.

For orders outside Sweden: 
Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.
The shipping cost is also nonrefundable for orders shipped outside Sweden.

 

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an item, you do so by sending an email to info@adamsbro.se stating your order number and that you want to cancel the order.

RECLAIM

If there is a defect in the product, you should within a reasonable time after you discover it, notify us of the defect by email to info@adamsbro.se We will then inform you about how to proceed (the rules regarding complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act) .

Each complaint is processed and assessed manually, so it can take 14-30 banking days before you see your refund on your account. Unauthorised complaints are returned to the sender.   

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

If the customer does not pick up their package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping, returns and any storage costs. Cost: $15USD

Uncollected packages, are not classified as a cancellation of orders.
